Smooth and deep, this classic red cabernet is bulk aged with French oak flavors. A pure cabernet with grapes sourced from the Paso Robles, CA AVA area.
Robust tannins in this Malbec aged with American oak and a hint of Spanish cedar impart spice flavors such as pepper, tobacco. Vinted from grapes grown in Yakima Valley, WA AVA.
With age comes beauty, or so it goes. Old vines give up their fruit cautiously but yield a complexity that younger vines aren't yet ready to achieve. This old vine Zinfandel tells a long story, with deep color and notes of toasted oak, spice, and dark cherry.
A special blend of Malbec (50%) and Old Vine Zinfancel (50%). The spice and rich flavor of the Malbec stands well with the grass and stem notes of the Old Vine Zinfandel. Aged over a year with oak flavors.

Our first attempt with great results. A blend of our own home-grown Chambourcin grapes and a Zinfandel concentrate from California.
